What it's for
OfflineScan helps you format your own photos, signatures, ID documents and scans to meet file size, pixel size and DPI rules. Form rules change, so check the latest official instructions before you submit.
Lawful use only
Hiding ID numbers and stamping a purpose on a copy are there to protect your privacy, for example masking the first 8 digits of an Aadhaar number as UIDAI recommends. Don't use OfflineScan to forge or alter any identity document.
No warranty
OfflineScan is free and provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Everything runs on your device, so keep your original files and check what you export before you submit it. We are not liable if a form or portal rejects a file.
