Questions

How small can it go?

Pick a size like "Under 50 KB" and OfflineScan lowers the quality step by step, then the pixel size if it has to, until the file fits. "As small as looks good" keeps the picture sharp and usually saves 60–90%.

My form says "file size too small". Will this fix it?

Yes. If your photo or signature comes out under the minimum KB, OfflineScan adds harmless filler to the file so it lands inside the range. The image itself doesn't change.

My form isn't listed.

Pick "Other size" and type in the width, height and KB range from your form's instructions.

Do you see my files?

No. There is no server that receives them. Everything happens on your device, which is why it also works offline.

Is there an app?
